Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz ZNB40 Vector Network Analyzer extends measurements to 40 GHz for demanding applications in mobile radio, electronic goods, aerospace and defense sectors, as well as high-speed printed circuit board design. The ZNB40 is the right choice for developing, producing and servicing RF components such as amplifiers, mixers, filters, connectors and cables across these industries.

The ZNB40 features a wide dynamic range of up to 140 dB (at 10 Hz IF bandwidth), low trace noise of less than 0.004 dB RMS (at 10 kHz IF bandwidth) and high output power of +13 dBm adjustable in a range of more than 95 dB. The analyzer combines high measurement accuracy with exceptional speed and excellent temperature and long-term stability, enabling reliable measurements for several days without recalibration. Extended dynamic range options support up to 150 dB for sensitive inter-port measurements.
