Overview

The Keysight U9391C is a precision comb generator designed for phase calibration applications in nonlinear measurements and network analyzer systems. Operating with NIST-referenced standards, the U9391C generates frequency harmonics from input RF signals with excellent phase and amplitude flatness, making it ideal as a calibration phase reference standard for the PNA-X nonlinear vector network analyzer.
