The Keysight N9953B is a 54 GHz handheld combination microwave analyzer that integrates vector network analysis, spectrum analysis, cable and antenna testing, and signal measurement in a single portable instrument. With 120 MHz real-time bandwidth and support for over 20 software functions, the analyzer can be configured as a full 2-port VNA, spectrum analyzer, power meter, vector voltmeter, or over-the-air demodulation receiver, making it suitable for field maintenance, lab characterization, and advanced troubleshooting.
