The Keysight N9950B FieldFox is a portable microwave analyzer that combines over 20 RF and microwave instrument functions in a single handheld unit. It features 32 GHz maximum frequency coverage with 120 MHz real-time bandwidth and is designed for field deployment in 5G, satellite, and automotive radar environments.
The N9950B integrates cable and antenna analysis, full 2-port vector network analysis, real-time spectrum analysis, over-the-air demodulation, and CW signal source capabilities. Its compact design (3.4 kg) and integrated GPS/GNSS enable precise geolocation and timestamping of field measurements.
