The Keysight N9010B is an EXA X-Series signal analyzer engineered for versatile RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave signal analysis. It provides flexible frequency coverage options combined with industry-leading measurement performance, including exceptional DANL, TOI, and phase noise specifications.
Support for advanced measurement applications and 89600 VSA software enables demodulation analysis of over 50 signal formats across 2G, 3G, WiMAX, WLAN, and other wireless technologies. The instrument is ideal for research, development, manufacturing testing, and field service applications.
