The Keysight N5295AX03 is a broadband frequency extension module designed for use with Keysight PNA and PNA-X based millimeter-wave solutions. This compact and lightweight module interfaces with the N5292A test set controller, extending the frequency coverage of a base PNA/PNA-X analyzer from 900 Hz to 120 GHz.
