Overview

The Keysight N5256BW12 is an OML-supplied frequency extender module for millimeter-wave measurements from 60-90 GHz (E-band, WR-12). It integrates with N522xB PNA or N524xB PNA-X vector network analyzers via an N5261/62/92A test set controller, or can operate in direct control mode. The module provides transmission and reflection measurements for characterizing high-frequency devices with broad bandwidth and low power handling constraints.
