Overview
The Keysight N5256AW12 is a T/R (transmission/reflection) millimeter-wave module designed for vector network analyzer systems. This module enables S-parameter measurements from 60-90 GHz in the E-band (WR-12 waveguide). It integrates RF source multiplication, dual directional coupling, and reference/test downconversion circuitry for accurate millimeter-wave characterization when used with N5260/61/62A controllers.
