Overview

The Keysight N5256AW10 is a T/R (transmission/reflection) millimeter-wave module for vector network analyzer systems. It contains an RF source multiplier, dual directional coupler, reference downconverter, and test downconverter for conducting S-parameter measurements in the 75-110 GHz frequency range (WR-10 waveguide band). The module operates with N5260/61/62A Millimeter-wave Module Controllers and enables high-frequency device characterization.
