Overview

The Keysight N5247A is a PNA-X microwave network analyzer that combines multiple RF test instruments into a single integrated platform. Designed for characterizing active devices such as amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters, the N5247A features two built-in signal sources, signal combiners, internal switches, and RF access points. This hardware core enables both linear and nonlinear measurements with a single connection to the device under test.
