Overview
This Keysight N5245B is configured as a comprehensive PNA-X microwave measurement system with integrated noise figure receiver and 4-port test set. It provides single-connection access to linear and nonlinear characterization of active RF devices across 10 MHz to 50 GHz. The system includes dual internal sources, signal combiner, noise measurement capability, and mechanical RF switches for simplified test configuration.
