Overview

The Keysight N5245A is a PNA-X series vector network analyzer offering extended frequency coverage up to 50 GHz for measuring active devices such as amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters. It features integrated dual signal sources, a combiner, flexible internal routing, and comprehensive measurement receivers, enabling both linear and nonlinear device characterization through a single connection to the device under test.
