Overview

The Keysight N5244AS is a PNA-X series vector network analyzer designed for characterizing active devices such as amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters. It features integrated dual signal sources, a combiner, S-parameter and noise receivers, and flexible internal routing switches, enabling comprehensive linear and nonlinear measurements through a single connection to the device under test.
