The Keysight N5244A is a PNA-X network analyzer providing the widest range of single-connection measurement applications for active device characterization. Part of the PNA-X family with models up to 67 GHz, the N5244A covers 10 MHz to 43.5 GHz with unrivaled configurability including built-in dual sources, integrated combiner, and internal signal-routing switches.
