The Keysight N5242B is a highly integrated microwave network analyzer from the PNA-X series, combining a signal source, combiner, S-parameter and noise receivers, pulse modulators and generators, and flexible RF access switches into one comprehensive test platform. This benchtop analyzer is designed for both R&D and production environments, enabling measurement of linear and nonlinear active devices with a single connection to the device-under-test.
