The Keysight N5241B PNA-X is the industry's most integrated and flexible single-connection microwave test engine for measuring active RF devices. It combines two internal signal sources, a signal combiner, S-parameter and noise receivers, pulse modulators, and internal RF switches in a single platform, eliminating the need for external test equipment and reducing test system complexity.
