Overview

The Keysight N5241A PNA-X is the world's most integrated and flexible single-connection microwave test engine for measuring active RF devices such as amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters. It combines two internal signal sources, a signal combiner, S-parameter and noise receivers, pulse modulators, and internal RF switches to provide comprehensive linear and nonlinear device characterization with a single connection to the device under test.
