The Keysight N5225B/400 is an advanced configuration of the N5225B microwave network analyzer, enhanced with additional performance options for demanding RF measurement applications. Operating from 10 MHz to 50 GHz, it combines the industry-leading accuracy of the PNA series with optional receiver attenuators and enhanced capabilities for testing complex RF devices.
