Overview

The Keysight N4431D is a precision 4-port RF electronic calibration (ECal) module designed for fast, easy, and accurate calibration of Keysight vector network analyzers. The module extends the calibration frequency range from DC to 13.5 GHz, making it ideal for broadband device modeling and time-domain signal integrity analysis.

Compared to traditional mechanical calibration kits, the N4431D reduces calibration time by more than half, requires fewer connections, and minimizes connector wear. The module connects to the vector network analyzer via USB, with the firmware controlling the calibration process to reduce operator error.
