Overview
The Keysight N4431B RF electronic calibration (ECal) module is a transfer standard capable of transferring factory calibration accuracy to network analyzers. It provides fast single-connection SOLT calibration for 3- or 4-port measurements, reducing calibration time and connector wear compared to mechanical methods. USB interface control makes it compatible with Keysight PNA and ENA series network analyzers (PNA requires firmware revision 2.5 or later).
