Keysight N1501A Dielectric Probe Kit

Overview

The Keysight N1501A dielectric probe kit works with the N1500A materials measurement software suite to determine intrinsic electromagnetic properties of dielectric materials. By measuring these properties, which are governed by molecular structure, engineers gain critical insight into material characteristics useful across multiple industries and product lifecycle stages.

With frequency coverage from 200 MHz to 50 GHz depending on probe option selected, the N1501A is useful in design, incoming inspection, process monitoring, and quality assurance.
