Keysight M9804A is a modular PXIe vector network analyzer designed for multiport RF and microwave testing. Covering 9 kHz to 20 GHz with 2, 4, or 6 configurable ports, it delivers best-in-class performance for testing passive components, amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters. Dynamic range exceeds 140 dB with measurement speed of 1.3 ms at 201 points per sweep, making it suitable for both manufacturing and R&D applications.
Modules cascade within a single PXI chassis to create configurations with up to 50 ports. All test ports are fully synchronous, enabling simultaneous multiport measurement with N-port correction for highest accuracy.
