The Keysight 3730B is an RF-to-IF converter designed for microwave link analyzers (MLAs) and RF test applications. It provides frequency conversion from 1.7 to 14.5 GHz RF signals to 70 MHz or dual 70/140 MHz IF outputs, enabling flexible integration with various measurement instruments.
