Overview

The Anritsu MS2036C is the industry's highest performance handheld solution for 2-port, 2-path measurements. It combines VNA capability (5 kHz to 6 GHz) with a high-performance spectrum analyzer (9 kHz to 9 GHz). The MS2036C features industry-first 12-term error correction algorithm with measurement speed of 350 µsec per point, making it ideal for tuning filters where multiple S-parameters interact during adjustment. The 3-receiver architecture enables measurement and display of all four S-parameters simultaneously with a single connection to the device under test.
