Overview

The Anritsu 37397D is a single-instrument Vector Network Analyzer system that combines a built-in source, test set, and analyzer. Available in two series—37200D and 37300D—the system supports up to 1601 measurement data points and includes a built-in hard-disk drive for storing and recalling front panel setups, measurement data, and calibration information. The 37300D series is optimized for active device S-parameter measurement, offering gain compression, power sweep capability, internal bias tees, and step attenuators not available on the 37200D models. Operation is supported over the IEEE 488.2 GPIB interface.
