Overview

The SMM3312X is a dual-channel Source/Measure Unit (SMU) instrument that simultaneously outputs and measures voltage and current on two independent channels. It integrates current sourcing, voltage sourcing, voltmeter, and ammeter functions within a single device with an intuitive capacitive touchscreen interface. The SMM3312X is ideal for characterizing modern semiconductors, nano-scale devices, organic semiconductors, and printed electronics in research, educational, industrial, and manufacturing applications.
