Description
Overview
The Keithley Model 2306 is a dual-channel battery simulator and charger tester designed for development and test applications of portable, battery-operated products such as cellular phones, cordless telephones, mobile radios, and pagers. One channel simulates battery output while the other channel simulates charger output, allowing comprehensive testing of both discharge and charge control circuitry. The supply employs a unique variable output resistance so the voltage output can emulate a battery's response, including its internal resistance characteristics.
