The Rohde & Schwarz NGU401COM is a four-quadrant source measure unit ideal for semiconductor testing and general-purpose applications requiring high precision power control. With four-quadrant architecture, it supplies positive or negative voltages and currents, functioning as both source and sink. The 60W output and sink power capability, combined with -20V to +20V output range and up to 8A current at voltages ≤6V, enables comprehensive device characterization from low-power to high-current applications.
