The Rohde & Schwarz NGU401 is a four-quadrant source measure unit that operates in all quadrants, enabling it to function as both a source and sink with positive or negative voltages and currents. This capability makes the NGU401 ideal for comprehensive device characterization, battery simulation, and load profile testing. With fast load recovery time of less than 30 µs and high-speed data acquisition up to 500,000 samples per second, the NGU401 captures detailed power consumption profiles even during rapid transient events.
