Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz NGU201COM two-quadrant source measure unit is designed for wireless communications testing and applications requiring ultra-low power supply capability. The NGU201 base unit is combined with three optional modules: Digital Trigger I/O (K103), Digital Voltmeter Functionality (K104), and Battery Simulation (K106). With fast load recovery time of less than 30 µs and extremely low ripple and noise specifications, the NGU201COM is ideal for characterizing devices with highly variable current draws, from deep sleep mode operation to high-power transmission modes.
