The Keysight PZ2110A is a high-resolution source measure unit module designed for the PZ2100 Series automated test equipment platform. It delivers industry-leading measurement resolution down to 10 fA with exceptionally low noise performance, making it ideal for semiconductor device characterization, leakage current measurement, and precision IV curve analysis. The PZ2110A integrates seamlessly into the PZ2100 mainframe for flexible, scalable multi-channel configurations.
