Keysight PZ2100A Source Measure Unit Mainframe

Overview

The Keysight PZ2100A is a precision source/measure unit (SMU) mainframe that integrates up to 20 SMU channels into a compact 1U rack space. Unlike conventional SMUs, it requires no cooling spacers when stacked and provides flexible module options filling 4 slots. The integrated pulser and digitizer functions eliminate the need for additional instruments in many test applications.
