Overview

The Keysight B2912A is a 2-channel precision source/measure unit ideal for versatile IV testing across research, development, and manufacturing environments. As part of the B2900A Series, it provides excellent precision with 100 nV / 10 fA sourcing and measurement resolution, along with broad voltage coverage up to 210 V and current capability of 3 A DC or 10.5 A pulsed. The instrument features a user-friendly color LCD graphical interface and multiple viewing modes for efficient test, debug, and characterization work.
