The Keysight B2910CL is a precision single-channel source/measure unit designed for accurate and versatile electronic testing applications. It provides an output range of up to ±210 V and ±1.5 A DC with measurement resolution down to 10 fA for current and 100 nV for voltage, enabling detailed characterization typically available in high-end semiconductor device analyzers. The integrated four-quadrant voltage and current sourcing simplifies IV measurements by eliminating the need for multiple instruments and complex setups.

This unit includes an intuitive 4.3-inch color graphical user interface with multiple viewing modes—single and graph view—allowing users to quickly configure tests, visualize data, and perform interactive device analysis directly from the front panel. Built-in sweep capabilities offer linear, logarithmic, and custom list sweeps with up to 100,000 steps, supporting comprehensive characterization across diverse electronic components. Fast sampling at up to 20,000 points per second efficiently captures transient phenomena and low-frequency behaviors.
