The Keysight B2910BL is a compact single-channel precision source/measure unit designed for versatile IV measurement tasks requiring high resolution and accuracy. It provides an output range of up to ±210 V and ±1.5 A DC sourcing capability with measurement resolution down to 10 fA for current and 100 nV for voltage, enabling detailed characterization typically found in high-end semiconductor device analyzers. The integrated four-quadrant voltage and current sourcing simplifies IV measurements by eliminating the need for multiple instruments and complex setups.

The B2910BL features an intuitive 4.3-inch color graphical user interface with multiple viewing modes for quick configuration, data visualization, and interactive device analysis directly from the front panel. Built-in sweep capabilities support linear, logarithmic, and custom list sweeps with up to 100,000 steps, enabling comprehensive characterization across diverse electronic components. Fast sampling at up to 20,000 points per second efficiently captures transient phenomena.
