Overview

The Keysight B2902C is a versatile dual-channel precision source/measure unit optimized for accurate voltage and current sourcing and measurement in laboratory, R&D, and automated testing environments. It supports maximum voltage of ±210 V and current capabilities up to ±3 A DC or ±10.5 A pulsed, accommodating a wide range of device testing requirements including semiconductors, passive components, and precision electronic devices. The dual-channel capability allows independent operation on two devices simultaneously.

With measurement resolution down to 100 fA for current and 100 nV for voltage, the B2902C offers excellent precision. Its integrated four-quadrant functionality simplifies complex IV measurement setups, removing the need for multiple separate instruments. Built-in arbitrary waveform generation and sweep functions—including linear, logarithmic, and pulsed sweeps—provide extensive flexibility for electrical characterization with support for up to 100,000 programmable steps.
