The Keysight B2901CL is a compact, single-channel Precision Source/Measure Unit (SMU) designed for precise and cost-effective voltage and current measurements suitable for laboratory and production testing environments. It offers a maximum voltage of ±21 V and a DC current capability up to ±1.5 A. The B2901CL provides excellent measurement precision with a resolution down to 1 pA for current measurements and 1 µV for voltage sourcing, making it highly effective for tasks requiring fine electrical characterization.

The device features an intuitive 4.3-inch color LCD graphical user interface that supports various viewing modes such as single view and graph view, facilitating quick test setups, interactive debugging, and efficient characterization directly from the front panel.
