The Keithley 6430 Sub-Femtoamp Remote SourceMeter SMU is a precision instrument for measuring and sourcing ultra-low currents. It combines the broad functionality of a SourceMeter with electrometer-grade sensitivity—1 aA current resolution, sub-femtoamp noise levels, and input impedance exceeding 20 TΩ. The remote preamplifier design minimizes cable noise, making it ideal for characterizing single-electron devices, nanowires, nanotubes, polymers, and electrochemical applications.
