Overview

The Keithley 2651A is a high-power SourceMeter SMU instrument designed for characterizing and testing high current and high power electronics. It combines four-quadrant voltage and current sourcing and loading capabilities with precision voltage and current measurement in a single instrument, making it suitable for semiconductors, power devices, LEDs, DC-DC converters, batteries, and solar cells.

With a wide dynamic range providing 50A current capability at ±40V, 100fA current resolution, and 100nV voltage resolution, the 2651A enables precise characterization of power devices and transient behavior. Multiple units can be combined through the TSP-Link interface for expanded system capabilities.
