The Keithley 2614B SourceMeter SMU Instrument is a dual-channel, 4-quadrant source measure unit designed for bench-top and low to mid-volume test applications. It tightly integrates a precision power supply, true current source, digital multimeter, and electronic load with pulse generating capabilities, enabling simultaneous sourcing and measuring of both voltage and current across two independent channels.
