The Keithley 2612B is a dual-channel SourceMeter SMU instrument from the Series 2600B family. It combines a precision power supply, true current source, 6.5-digit DMM, and electronic load with pulse generating capabilities into a single integrated instrument. The 2612B is suitable for testing higher voltage and higher current devices, materials, components, and sub-assemblies, and features TSP technology for automated test program execution with industry-leading throughput.
