Overview

The Keithley 2606B is a four-channel Source Measure Unit (SMU) instrument designed for automated test of optoelectronic devices, integrated circuits, and semiconductor devices. Built on Keithley's third-generation SMU technology, it combines a precision power supply, true current source, 6½-digit DMM, arbitrary waveform generator, and pulse generator in a single 1U chassis. Multiple units can be stacked without thermal spacing requirements.
