The Keithley 2601B-PULSE is a high-speed pulser/SMU instrument combining 10 A, 10 μs pulse output with full source measure unit functionality. It features dual 1 Megasample/second 18-bit digitizers for simultaneous pulse current and voltage measurements, ideal for testing vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSEL) in LIDAR and facial recognition systems, LEDs for lighting and displays, semiconductor devices, and surge protection components.
