The Keithley 2510-AT TEC SourceMeter is an advanced variant designed for high-speed light-current-voltage (LIV) testing of laser diode modules in fiber-optic telecommunications networks. This 50W bipolar instrument combines high-speed DC sourcing and measurement with autotuning thermal control, which automatically determines optimal proportional, integral, and derivative (P-I-D) coefficients using a modified Zeigler-Nichols algorithm—eliminating the need for manual tuning.
