The Keithley 2470 SourceMeter is a precision source measure unit (SMU) combining a high-voltage source (up to 1100V), sensitive current measurement (down to 10 fA), and a five-inch capacitive touchscreen interface. Designed for characterization and testing of high-voltage, low-leakage devices including silicon carbide (SiC), gallium nitride (GaN), power MOSFETs, transient suppression devices, and battery modules, the 2470 brings laboratory-grade measurement capabilities to engineering and scientific applications.
