The Keysight 16453A is a dielectric test fixture designed for accurate measurements of dielectric constant and loss tangent on the E4991A, 4291A, and 4291B impedance analyzers. It employs a parallel plate method that sandwiches the test material between two electrodes to form a capacitor. Unlike the 16451B, the 16453A features a flexible electrode that automatically adjusts to the material surface, eliminating the need for manual electrode alignment.
