Overview

The Keysight N5181BU/303 Multifunction Generator Upgrade provides extended modulation capabilities for the N5181B MXG X-Series signal generator. This upgrade includes seven waveform generators that can be configured independently, with support for up to five simultaneous generators using composite modulation in AM, FM/PM, and LF output modes.
