The Keysight AP5002AU/1EA is a high output power option that extends the AP5002A signal generator's maximum output capability. This upgrade enables testing of high-power RF circuits and amplifiers while maintaining the excellent phase noise and modulation flexibility the AP5002A is known for.

- Increases maximum output power up to +23 dBm in mid-band frequencies (10 MHz to 7.5 GHz)
- Extends frequency coverage down to 100 kHz for low-frequency power testing
- Compatible with AP5002A across 9 kHz to 26 GHz range with appropriate frequency upgrades
