The system supports a four-SMU full-Kelvin configuration with integrated capacitance measurement capability and room for future expansion through its modular architecture.
Featuring a lit relay status display and Keysight EasyEXPERT software control, the B2201A provides an intuitive interface for test setup and execution. The mainframe is compatible with Keysight's B2220A low leakage probe card interface.
