Description
Overview
The Huntron 99-0440 Access RF is an automated robotic flying probe system for near-field RF signal characterization on circuit board assemblies. Unlike the 99-0434, this model does not include an integrated spectrum analyzer but is designed to work with external Keysight spectrum analyzers (N9935A or N9938A models). The system integrates with a single test head prober and Langer RF near-field probes under Huntron Workstation control.
